see the picture to understand the frustration
Apparently there were 3 more spider thing that I miss and that quick shot woman who leave quickening zephyr everywhere. because they were travelling around.
ended up having to run around the map once more just to track down those 4 monsters.
if not a map, maybe a "beacon" a pinging on the map, which we already have just somehow move it to when you have less then 10 enemies left, the map will ping.

I understand everyone's frustration, but it's not a hard title in the first place, and it doesn't take more than an extra 20 minutes to search an entire zone.
How fair is this to the people that have already done it? Why should it be any easier for you?

It wouldn't be easier ... it would be less boring/frustrating.
It would be easier if they nerfed the bosses or something.
As for the fairness of it I understand that you might have spent 20 more hours than the rest of us would,
so perhaps a small compensation for those who have already completed it should help -
let's say : (Number of Vanquished areas * 2) of these items.
oh and

I've never bought the argument that, "This is how they did it in my day and dammit, it's going to stay that way, it's unfair." It's an idea to reduce the frustration of staring at a small compass looking for those last red dots that you missed. If many people think it will improve the game, why should you be so selfish? Games should not be a source of frustration.

Knowing where the last 3 monsters are is not the same as easing the vanquishment.
It just reduces the chances of losing 2 hours of killing due to a connection loss, and removes the boring search for the last mob.
But you'll have to kill them anyways.

/notsign for this idea seams kinda dumb having a map for you. Anet shouldnt provide than. Texmod isnt built into the game....
/sign for only having to kill 95-98% of enemies in an area. I agree that wasting 30 min to find 3 enemies is dumb

VERY bad idea, some fun part is finding the foes, and some is doing the vanquish run in an order.

No one would force you to use the map. Why deny others something that would ease their frustration? I personally don't find it fun to find 1 foe I missed that's at the extreme edge of a map. If you find that enjoyable, then simply don't use them.

If it's a consumable with a limited duration, then it would only be used to find that obnoxious final patrol (although previously suggested ideas like auto-revealing the final mob would work just as well).
Spending 20 minutes or more trying to cross paths with a mob you've missed, is not what I'd call part of the fun.
